RETURNS

  • If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to make it right.

    Please note that returns can only be made if the tag is attached to the bandana. Discounted items are final sale but can be exchanged if you need a different size. Embroidered items are final sale.

  • Email info@petslovemom.com and we’ll make sure we get you settled with the correct size.

    Please note you will have to pay shipping for the return and for the new item – exceptions can only be made if the product arrived defective, so please carefully measure your pet’s neck before purchasing!

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Our standard shipping rate is $5.00 USD. If by chance you need it in a hurry, our rush shipping is $12.00 USD.

  • We ship anywhere in the United States from Denver, Colorado.

  • Due to the handmade nature of these products (and the fact this is a one-woman operation), we want to make sure everything is just right for your pet! Once your order is received, please allow up to a week for your order to ship.

SIZING & FIT

  • Great question! We wanted to offer designs that are not often seen on our furry friends.

    Some of our bandanas are designed to be reversible so you get a 2-for-1 deal! To add additional flare, we recommend folding the top edge down to create a fashion-forward contrast. Add embroidery for an extra special look!

  • We recommend tying the ends together and snapping it shut – this will tighten the fit around the neck!

CARE

  • All of or bandanas are top-stitched for extra durability, however, we recommend only handwashing the bandanas in cold water and lay flat to dry. Light ironing may be needed if there are any undesirable wrinkles.
